In todays world people with degrees are missing the mark. They hardly ever apply there experience of life to there book taught therapy.
My theory is that many therapists and psychologists stepped into a field of practice carrying there own toxic beliefs and traumas. This creates a divide and even teaches or enables validation of toxic mindsets.
It also shows there is no base line for mental health. No balanced decernment while taking someones mental health into there hands. Likely not meaning to.
Coming from a background of exstream trauma and neglect. I always had a need to do better. Not better than others but better than I was the day before. To learn from other people's mistakes as well as my own.
So with that, I set out to beat and defeated many toxic habits and cycles. Digging deeper everyday into my self Studying people and psychology .
A boy who grew up with no moral compass, very little guidance I set out to learn a moral compass. structure , and find a path to success one failure at a time using those failures as a building blocks to wisdom and learning.
Pretty rough way to learn. However those lesson were never forgotten. I later realized I had developed exstream pattern recognition as a self-protection aide. Through physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse I started learning to predict behaviors to prepare myself for what was coming.
Today I have put an amazing amount of work into myself. finding ways to successfully heal myself and used that pattern recognition trauma as a superpower to help others identify toxic life cycles and what childhood traumas that created them.
I've found exsperiance out weighs any degree in my 25 years I've studied psychology as a hobby. Using a balanced decernment to notice where the health care system has failed or was misguided or maybe even was mis-informed.
Bottom line and getting to the root. we are all human! Men and woman are the same yet different. Ounce born as a innocent child molded by various successes and traumatic events. And different responses depending on the circumstances to those traumas.
I've learned that by identifying and excepting toxic self -sabataging traumas and mindset created from childhood trauma and even toxic family cycles that both genders can release anxiety. Guilt. Grief. And anger. Sadness.
Through strengthening and deepening our ability to Self-reflect, we can use such tools as re-parenting. And give ourselves compassion, forgiveness and empthy.
Ounce we do so we can then use those honed skills and give that to other and even those that created the trauma.
Bottom line... You are enough. Everyone is enough. However it's your choice to except your trauma as who you are and hurt yourself and otheres. Or find help and be your genuine self ounce the trauma is released. Finding successful relationships. Performing better at work. And clearing your mind and body of intrusive thoughts that create fear and anxiety holding you down.
